Agreement: The legal understanding between the Company and the Client regarding our services.

User: Any visitor to our website, whether or not they are a paying client.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our services or website, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

IT consulting and maintenance services

Details of the services will be outlined in individual contracts between UnityFusion Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd and the Client.

User Obligations

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

You will not engage in unlawful activities, including hacking, scraping, or distributing malicious software.

Payments and Fees

Fees for services will be outlined in project contracts.

All payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule (e.g., upfront, milestone-based, or subscription-based).

Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as per the agreement.

Any taxes (e.g., GST in India) will be borne by the Client as applicable.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: All software, content, and designs developed by us remain our property until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, the Client will receive a license or full ownership as per the contract.

Clients cannot resell, distribute, or modify our software without prior consent.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of business information, project details, and sensitive data.

NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) can be signed separately upon request.

Third-Party Tools & Services

We may integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, APIs).

We are not responsible for any failures or security breaches caused by these third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using our services.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the disputed service.

We are not responsible for loss of data due to external attacks, server failures, or incorrect usage.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the contract with prior written notice.

If the Client cancels the service midway, no refund will be issued for work already completed.

We may terminate services if the Client violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in unethical activities.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold UnityFusion Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of our services.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, we encourage informal resolution first.

If unresolved, disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Users will be notified via email or website updates.

Continued use of our services after modifications implies agreement to the changes.
